Pick Up Information
The pick up location is in Brandywine, MD unless agreed upon by both parties and instructions will be provided when your order is confirmed. If you pick up outside of the allotted time with no communication, there will be a $25 late fee to be processed before pick up. If you are not heard from within 24 hours, the cake will be discarded and you forfeit your payment.
Payment Information
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Cancellation or changes must be made within 7 days of your order's due date and are subject to availability. Deposits on canceled orders can be applied to a future order within one year of the original payment date. Your order will not be released until it is paid in full. All deposit payments are due within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. A rush fee will be applied to all orders with a due date of less than 14 days.
